St Ives House, sits on the widest bit of the famous Wharf, opposite the slipway. Hours can pass whilst you soak in the amazing views and people watch from the bay windows and the balcony.

With its fires to keep you cosy in the winter and airy rooms in the summer, it is a suitable year round venue - in fact the best place to view any of the events in the town, from local dragon racing
Christmas lights and New Year's Eve fireworks...

In the centre of town, all the best eateries are minutes away. From the front door you step out straight onto the Wharf. From behind the house you can walk along the small paths to the St Ives School of Painting, Porthmeor studios, Tate Gallery and the surfing beach of Porthmeor.

It is one of the best central location in the town. For our more mature guests, most of the attractions of St Ives can be ambled to without hills from the door of St Ives house!
